Shipping & Returns
We use USPS and UPS for all of our shipments. Shipping rates are real-time shipping rates calculated directly from USPS and UPS according to the products and shipping addresses. An order is shipped by default via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. In most cases, the expected delivery time by using USPS Priority Mail is 3-5 business days after shipping and is based on origin, destination and drop-off time. The expected delivery time by using UPS Ground is generally 4-6 business days after shipping. USPS Ground Advantage is a USPS ground service that offers low rates for large or heavy packages. USPS ground delivery service takes longer than USPS priority Mail and UPS Ground. For a small or lightweight item, we also provide USPS Ground Advantage which takes longer. If you need a rush shipment on your order, we offer USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, and UPS Three-Day selects for express shipping.
- If the item you order is a personalized item or your order includes a personalized item, we need several days to process your order and produce your personalized gift before it can be shipped, usually is 3-6 business days. A personalized 3D photo crystal takes more time, usually is 5-10 business days before it is ready for shipping. During the busy holiday season, the processing time is subject to change.
- USPS Ground Advantage is a USPS ground service that offers low rates for large or heavy packages. USPS ground delivery service takes longer than USPS priority Mail and UPS Ground.
- For USPS First-Class Mail, USPS First-Class Mail Letter and USPS First-Class Mail Large Envelope have no tracking. We recommend USPS Ground Advantage for shipping a small or lightweight item if you want to use USPS ground service for your shipping.
- Only US destinations are accepted and we don’t ship internationally at this time. To reduce shipping cost, group your items into one order, you can save a lot for the shipping. Saturday & Sunday shipping or delivery is not available.
If you have placed an order and have an account with us, please go to the Login page and sign in using our secure server to track your order. If you haven't an account with us, please register your email to create your account to save time for placing, tracking, and managing future orders.
We make every effort to create the finest products possible. Our personalized products are made in and shipped from the United States. If you are not happy with our work, we will redo it or you will be credited full price less 20% restocking fee. All purchases can be returned within 15 days upon our approval. The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. The shipping fee can't be refunded and a reshipping charge will be applied to all replacements.
