Response to the COVID-19 Situation
As we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation, like you, we are deeply concerned. In order to keep our employees healthy, we are following CDC and government-issued guidelines for safe health practices. We have suspended all business travel, are refraining from any gatherings and are keeping safe social distances of six feet as much as possible. We have finished the process of setting up customer service for key staff from home, and all of employees are encouraged to stay at home.
Ellisi Gifts takes the health and safety of our customers and employees very seriously. Due to COVID-19, Ellisi Gifts has decided to close all physical locations including showrooms and display kiosks to comply with the close-physical-locations and the stay-at-home mandates ordered by the State of Pennsylvania. There is no any order which can be ordered and picked up locally. Orders may be placed online at www.ellisigifts.com. As such, we can no longer guarantee delivery within a specified time frame and the delivery time will be adjusted accordingly. Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible once the circumstances change and all operations are in compliance with the governor's orders, laws, rules and regulations that protect the lives and health of Pennsylvanians and all American people.
